General Terms

Invictus Training & Coaching GmbH takes precautions to prevent accidents and injuries. Contract participants are responsible for their own insurance cover. Contract holders train at their own risk; Invictus Training & Coaching GmbH accepts no liability for accidents in the training centre. Use of the equipment and facilities is at your own risk; any liability for consequences of improper use is excluded. Repair and/or replacement costs for damage to the training facility and/or equipment, as well as the loss of borrowed items, will be charged in full to the person responsible.
Contract participants confirm that they are fit for sport. In case of doubt, they must consult a doctor and provide a corresponding certificate. An inability to train due to accident, illness, pregnancy or military service of at least 4 weeks entitles the contract holder to an extension of the contract corresponding to the time absent. The inability to train for the period claimed must be proven with a medical certificate / written confirmation from the military authorities.
Invictus Training & Coaching GmbH reserves the right to make changes to the timetable with timely advance notice.
The training agreement becomes valid upon payment of the agreed price or the first agreed instalment.

House and Training Rules

Only holders of a valid membership may enter INVICTUS outside supervised hours. Access outside supervised hours is only permitted from the age of 16. Younger members may train outside supervised hours when accompanied by an adult member. NO external guests are tolerated. Anyone who breaks this rule will be excluded from INVICTUS. Regular checks are carried out. The training room is monitored by cameras and the images are recorded for 20 days. After 20 days these images are deleted. The images are only used in the event of damage to identify the persons responsible.
Members are responsible for their own valuables. Invictus provides lockers. Members may lock their valuables inside them with their own padlocks at their own risk. Due to the limited number, lockers must be emptied on the same day. Invictus reserves the right to open lockers after 24 hours and remove their contents.
Members treat each other with consideration and respect. Coaches' instructions must be followed. In the event of undisciplined behaviour, members may be warned or excluded from further lessons, training sessions and access to the training centre. In such cases no fees will be refunded. In the event of wilful damage to property or persons and in the event of theft, the member will be excluded from further lessons and from access to the training centre without any right to a refund, and the damage will be charged in full.
Passing on the Invictus access badge to unauthorised third parties (non-members) entitles INVICTUS to terminate the contract immediately and without notice, without refunding membership fees paid.
Training clothes and equipment may not be stored at the training centre. Invictus accepts no liability for items left behind.
Members must check in at reception with their personal membership card before training.
Open training during opening hours is permitted as long as consideration is shown for the classes taking place.

No automatic renewal. 4 weeks before expiry you will receive an email reminder and can choose: continue your membership by replying to the email, or switch to a different membership.
